Above Valfabbrica 22 km from the centre of Assisi, 25 km from the centre of Perugia, Gubbio, 150 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside.In the house with two levels you will find facilities like an open fireplace, satellite-TV, telephone, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living and dining room has exit to the veranda with view of the vallet. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.For private use there is a fenced park of 3 ha, a fenced garden with lawn, trees, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, courtyard and a secured outdoor swimming pool of 5 x 12 m, which is opened from 08-05 to 25-09.In the house there is a billiards table, sun terrace, central heating, burglar alarm, a washing machine and heating payable locally from 01-10 to 01-04. Room cleaning on request (extra). Cook on request. Motor access to the house. Parking space is available in the grounds.Within 5.5 km you can find several shops and tennis courts.
